Some time back, I found myself wishing there was a better way to meet my goals and searched high and low. I came across a lot of great ideas, but no comprehensive solution. So I developed my own.

    POGS stands for Process-Oriented Growth System. POGS doesn’t concentrate on just a goal, or just motivation, or just psychological barriers; it addresses all of the pieces involved in healthy, satisfactory growth. (see brief book except below)
    As per usual for me, once I discover or learn something wonderful, I soon start wanting to share it with others. I am now writing a book for, and privately consulting with, people who want to take advantage of this easy, motivating, less stressful, but more effective way of attaining goals.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Leslie again. She’s done amazing work with our family.
